    As a college student with dreams of being in real estate, I took the leap to invest in my first investment property. Little did I know what I was getting myself into.

  • The Process

    Through trials and tribulation, facing every possible problem that could go wrong in real estate. I pushed through day by day to make sure the project progressed towards completion.

  • The Results

    In nine months time, I successfully completed my first rehab. Following I decided to rent out the property before eventually selling it once I was out of college.
